Excellent customer service and let me see the problem on my cars control arms and explained to me the cause and the solution, as a female active duty service member I'm thankful to have a mechanic that I can trust while being so far from home. Highly recommend

Whatever these folks are getting paid, give them a raise. Was having some car troubles after driving through a storm into Joshua Tree. They took care of my Fit faster than I could finish my coffee. And the staff was super friendly and communicative. Great service!

Big O in Yucca Valley is fantastic. Smart, honest, friendly, and they go the extra mile. I was passing through with a sprinter van and they really took care of me. Cant recommend them enough. Sandy is amazing.
