“Every time I go in they’re always so helpful and nice. Then today we had an important package that my MIL put the wrong address on and I called and talked to I think her name was Margo or Margret (please don’t hate me if I’m wrong ?) and she was able to get a hold of the carrier and make sure I got my package. I will be forever thankful because other wise it’d be an even bigger headache since it was our car tags/registration.”

Amber and Joseph spoke so highly of her, with such respect and admiration, that it was clear her professionalism and kindness set the tone for the entire team. It’s helped to cut down the line wait times, and when I am in need of help, the employees are always right there happy to help. I recognize this is no small feat as I moved with the Navy often and many of our things were damaged or lost over the years. “I had a great experience at Pack and Ship Plus. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I got off work late last Saturday so I missed the hours of the post office. When I arrived I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Which I definitely did. Wasn’t sure which size of box would be best for my shipment. The manager (Nicole maybe Noelle?) was ready to help right away. I paid for a box and packing tap at a great price. Waaay more help than the post office has ever been. I found my new go to for any shipping needs. While chatting with her and her employee learned I could do printing there for my business. Along with freight shipment for my grandmother who recently passed.Thank you again.”

“This place is great. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. A lot of places you go to charges you a dollar to print off a label. They do not! They have a lot of services that other businesses overcharge for. It’s nice to help a local business with nice people.”

“Everyone here is so personable and kind. Kate just helped me close out our PO Box and she made it so much easier than the website. Sonny, Jeff, Kate and Dion are the absolute kindest people. They gave my kids stickers and acknowledged them when they came in. They knew our PO box number when they saw us in person. They were also so friendly.

“This is the best Schlotzsky’s in the Springs by far. We have been coming here for over 10 years and this location has had its rough moments. The manager Sam has always been a joy. The Schlotzsky’s app is very hit or miss but Sam has always gone above and beyond to help us. This location is in the 1% of fast food locations for customer service.”

“While using the app, I didn't see or failed to select the option to have the 400 page manual I needed to print printed double sided. Tori called me to correct this and didn't end up charging me for the incorrectly printed sheets. She also offered a better stock selection that saved me a significant amount of money. She just made that a great experience. The online service was handy, but seemed to miss (or I just didn't look or know to look for) some basic options she was easily able to sort out for me”

“The U-Fix-It Store at USAFA is a total game changer for cadets, whether you’re fixing up your room, grabbing cleaning supplies, or hunting down a part you thought you’d never find, this place has your back. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always go out of their way to make sure you leave with exactly what you need. What really stands out is the convenience, no need to run around base or order stuff online, it’s right there, stocked with everything from tools to light bulbs, and even those odd-sized parts that save you a trip to the BX or off-base stores. It’s also cadet budget friendly, which matters more than most people realize. Huge shoutout to the team running it, they make the U-Fix-It Store more than just a supply stop, it feels like a support system for cadet life. Honestly, it’s one of those hidden gems at the Academy that deserves way more appreciation. Highly recommend every cadet take advantage of it, you won’t know how much you needed it until you do.”
