“Last week I shared a story about the excellent customer care I received from Sia, but i accidentally posted it for the other Arvada store. Sia was assisting me with a battery exchange and I was heading to the shop when I got a flat tire on the highway. I reached out let her know what happened, and that I was stuck on the shoulder of the road. Sia asked if I was safe then said she'd be there to help. Sia used her lunch break to put on my spare tire so I could get somewhere safe, and also brought the battery to switch it out for me. It was dark and starting to flurry and the whole thing had me flustered, stressed out and unable to think clearly. It was the most unexpected act of kindness I've ever received from a business. Sia truly cares about her customwrs and it's evident through customer care. I hope she gets recognized for her extra effort and assisting others.”

“I had a great experience! This family-owned local shop should be your go-to for tire needs. It’s a first-come first-served type shop which is excellent because I was able to get my new tires mounted and balanced in less than 45 minutes. That’s with two people in front of me, too! Meaning they work quickly and efficiently. There were no scratches or excess lube on my TRD wheels. It’s very fairly priced (hint hint: cheaper than corporate places like Costco and Walmart AND this shop won’t screw your wheels up like what happened to me a while ago…) and as a college student this is super important to me. Last but not least the staff was very kind and polite. I’ll be returning!”
“Had an issue with my Toyota hatch. The dealership essentially blew me off and sent me to a body shop. Made an appointment with Caliber, they looked at it briefly, felt like the dealership really should have taken care of it and under warranty at that. Took my car around back, the tech quickly adjusted the striker plate and they sent me on my way with no charge. Darren was so kind and happily made sure I had a better experience at their shop than I did at the dealership. Such a tiny fix that made such a huge positive impact on my ability to use my car as it was intended! So incredibly thankful and they will certainly get my future business!”

1 Star Review - Purchased tires from this location 2 years ago and the $1200 set tires wore down in 30k miles on a 55k warranty. I then purchased another set of tires in October 2024 on the Goodyear Website with my GY credit card. When I took the truck in for my installation appointment a few weeks later and mentioned that I felt that I should be given some credit for the tires on there now and I was told by the manger, Fred, that he could not refund money for the warranty since I bought on-line unless he redid the purchase and I would not get the rebate that I earned for the tires I bought on line because it has expired in the meantime wating for my installation date. He told me I should have broght it in before buying new tires. I let it go thinking I just won't buy from them again. I am a female and I feel he was very condescending to me and treated me like an idiot because of that. I then had an issue with my TPMS on one tire literally days after installation. I called and was told to drop it off all day so they could look at it. Fred called to tell me that I needed to pay another $85 for a sensor that I had no issue with before getting my tires replaced. I tried to tell him it wasn't an issue before the tires were put on but he wanted to argue and let me know that when I paid money for the TPMS parts and labor in my invoice ($24?) it wasn't for new sensors. He was again condescending to me explaining how a TPMS works, well I know how it works! So another $85 down the drain for something that would have been an issue if it wasn't for the tire replacement. I hate to say it but I should have listened my husband and gone to Discount! I do not recommend this location at all and some employees need lessons in customer service!”

“I never write reviews. However, I wanted to show my gratitude towards this business. Unfortunately, I wrecked my car on December 30th 2022. The whole front right side was messed up. I tried to get a in network auto shop with my insurance but they were all backed up and wouldn't be able to start working on my car for at least a couple months. Luckily I found Arvada Autobody/360 Degrees of perfection (they work together) they were able to take my car in the same day of the crash and get the initial estimate within a few days. That was including the weekend and New Year holiday.They also made a supplement due to the damages being more severe than they thought after breaking the car down. Susan was very kind and willing to answer my calls (weekly basis I called). Due to being out of network my insurance took some time to pay them out but while I was waiting to get the money from the insurance on the supplement, I was under the impression the auto shop was waiting for that money as well, to order the needed parts then conduct the labor. Indeed, I was wrong and shocked to get a update saying my vehicle would be ready February 2nd 2023. It only took them 34 days! They should have been paid out in full now but they gave my car back to me even before they received the full amount from my insurance. All I did was pay my $500.00 deductible and I got my car back. I was very surprised and my car looks good as new and runs perfect. I will definitely come here in the future if I need anything worked on.”

“Great experience! Took it in for a timing belt/water pump replacement on my 3rd Gen 4Runner. They got it completed in a day. Also performed a full vehicle inspection and noted other things that needed to done. Very transparent about their pricing, and letting me choose to work on things that I wanted to complete myself. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for. But I knew my 4Runner was in great hands of a shop that cares. Communication and payment options were great. Would definitely recommend taking your Toyota here!”
