“I had a really great experience here. They did the work affordably and were able to install a hitch I thought I could myself but could not. My only regret is not just buying the hitch through them and having them install it originally. They're the pros at this and were really easy to work with so would recommend anyone getting a hitch to go here first. It quickly became very easy to see why they have such high reviews. It was a relief to have found them!”

“Scheduled a repair for a malfunctioning fiamma awning and a heater service. At drop off, Dustin provided me all the possibilities for estimated costs on the awning repair. It ended up being a small adjustment that only took the team 15 minutes to fix. Dustin also let me know we did not need a service on the heater as we were well not even half-way to the service interval. Came back to pickup the van and they did not charge me for the awning adjustment or the heater check. This is the second time I’ve had them work on my van and have had great customer service both times. We will definitely be back if we need other repairs!”

“My car was completely dead with a battery that would not take a jump. Sia went out of her way to get me the battery I needed and then came and replaced it for me at no extra charge. She is a rock star and had the old battery out and new battery in in under 15 minutes. Mechanic wanted to charge me a minimum $75 labor to do the same. Sia was helpful, professional, kind and more than adept from the moment we spoke on the phone to completion of my battery installation. I will recommend this store and Sia to everyone!! You're lucky to have her!!”
“Sam and his team have done a bunch of work for me over the years from installing a 2.5 Subaru motor in my 78 Westphalia, fixing transmission leaks, replacing my ignition and getting my speedo to work. “My QX80 was in our driveway when that unbelievable hailstorm happened on 3/10. In like 5 minutes my car was trashed, looked like someone took a hammer to it over 50 times. Made a Ins. claim and they gave me a list of body shops to get my car repaired. I was at Jewel and when I came out there was a flyer on my windshield, HAIL INC. So, I check their website and all they do is hail damage, nothing else. Interesting, body shops fix everything on a wrecked car. So, I made an appointment for an estimate. I met Salem and he walked me through the whole process they do for repairing my car. I was sold now on where I was getting my car repaired.....Hail Inc. Also, Salem dealt with State Farm Ins. too for me. What a great job they did on my car. My wife and I couldn't believe our eyes, my car looked brand new, and they detailed the inside too. Wow, no signs of hail damage anywhere. Please believe me when I say Hail Inc. is a top-notch operation, with great service, and you won't be unhappy working with them !!”

“Had an issue with my Toyota hatch. The dealership essentially blew me off and sent me to a body shop. Made an appointment with Caliber, they looked at it briefly, felt like the dealership really should have taken care of it and under warranty at that. Took my car around back, the tech quickly adjusted the striker plate and they sent me on my way with no charge. Darren was so kind and happily made sure I had a better experience at their shop than I did at the dealership. Such a tiny fix that made such a huge positive impact on my ability to use my car as it was intended! So incredibly thankful and they will certainly get my future business!”

“The work was great. My Tacoma looks like new again, it took a little longer but that was more to do with the insurance than anything else. But truly what I want to emphasize is the amazing customer service from Teresa and Stacy, every time I called they had a great attitude and a quick answer. Explained to me everything and how the process was.
I hope never have to use them again (no more car accidents) but if I do I know they will take care of me and my cars.”
“I never write reviews. However, I wanted to show my gratitude towards this business. Unfortunately, I wrecked my car on December 30th 2022. The whole front right side was messed up. I tried to get a in network auto shop with my insurance but they were all backed up and wouldn't be able to start working on my car for at least a couple months. Luckily I found Arvada Autobody/360 Degrees of perfection (they work together) they were able to take my car in the same day of the crash and get the initial estimate within a few days. That was including the weekend and New Year holiday.They also made a supplement due to the damages being more severe than they thought after breaking the car down. Susan was very kind and willing to answer my calls (weekly basis I called). Due to being out of network my insurance took some time to pay them out but while I was waiting to get the money from the insurance on the supplement, I was under the impression the auto shop was waiting for that money as well, to order the needed parts then conduct the labor. Indeed, I was wrong and shocked to get a update saying my vehicle would be ready February 2nd 2023. It only took them 34 days! They should have been paid out in full now but they gave my car back to me even before they received the full amount from my insurance. All I did was pay my $500.00 deductible and I got my car back. I was very surprised and my car looks good as new and runs perfect. I will definitely come here in the future if I need anything worked on.”
