The whole interstate team was actually very helpful, I called around to find a top tier battery to a few different interstate battery locations and they actually gave me honest feedback and ultimately gave me a better understanding of the battery that was still going to be sufficient and reliable for my purposes. Between that store and this store , everyone was helpful and kind!”

“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

“I've used this location for fixing screens on our phones before but this time I reached out to them to see about getting a new key and key fob for my recently purchased care. Jon, the employee I dealt with was very informative and honest about wishing he could help but not being able to because of the year and model of my car. He said their system was not able to support the programming. I appreciated his honesty and not wanting to give it a try. He made sure I knew there would be a possibility of the key I had no longer working if we tried. It says a lot about his character. Some people don't think about the possible consequences. “I needed my car battery tested, I had gone to Advance Auto 1st but the lady there said she couldn't test it, so I called O'Reilly and spoke with Mike, he said to come on down and he could test and replace it. “Came in for some windshield wipers and I couldn’t figure out how to put them on. Went back and Carlos came out to help me, well I bought the wrong ones and he helped me locate the correct ones at another location (told me what ones to make sure I got as welll) while I grabbed something else in the store he went back out and put my old wipers back on for me. He was such a nice young man. As I was leaving another employee coming in for their shift held the door and wished me a nice day. Staff here is wonderful and I appreciate their customer service! Thank you!”

“Great customer service these guys went above and beyond we are not from here and our water pump went out. They were able to get one in about an hour. When it came in it was damaged by not fault of theirs just something that happens. They actually went across town to get another pump for us. Awesome customer service way to go guys.”
