“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

“I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first. After taking my 2011 Ford F-350 to the Ford Dealership to see why the factory remote start did not work right and pointed out the key fobs might be bad, they had the unit for three days and then said they had to order key fobs, I then got my truck and took it to my local Batteries Plus and the clerk was great, I got two new Fobs and the programming and an hour later everything worked perfect! I was very impressed and satisfied.”

“I needed my car battery tested, I had gone to Advance Auto 1st but the lady there said she couldn't test it, so I called O'Reilly and spoke with Mike, he said to come on down and he could test and replace it. The battery was bad, he was able to get me a battery and install a new one. He was great, went above and beyond!”

“Came in for some windshield wipers and I couldn’t figure out how to put them on. Went back and Carlos came out to help me, well I bought the wrong ones and he helped me locate the correct ones at another location (told me what ones to make sure I got as welll) while I grabbed something else in the store he went back out and put my old wipers back on for me. He was such a nice young man. As I was leaving another employee coming in for their shift held the door and wished me a nice day. Staff here is wonderful and I appreciate their customer service! “Great customer service these guys went above and beyond we are not from here and our water pump went out. They were able to get one in about an hour. When it came in it was damaged by not fault of theirs just something that happens. They actually went across town to get another pump for us. Awesome customer service way to go guys.”

“I Came here after calling and speaking with Alejandro I was at autozone, Mississippi and federal and spoke was disrepected by the staff there .Regarding getting a battery for my two thousand nine Nissan Xterra had a Horrible experience at autozone I was treated with dignity and respect by Alejandro at O'Reilly auto parts he made everything seem ok I am a 62 year old woman that usually does not deal with my vehicle parts nor repairs , but male family members were all working on this day so I figured getting a new battery was going to be simple NOT AT AUTO ZONE But so very happy for O'REILLY AUTO PART and for Alejandro at Federal and Warren location my place from now on Julie Gallegos de Almanza”

I work on more obscure stuff and he always manages to pull through with parts for me! And if he can’t get it which is rare he will tell me where to get it. This shop is my go to for parts, supplies and proper help.”
