“Brought my Lexus LX570 which had been rear ended here for repairs. The accident crushed part of the bumper and crumpled some of the structural metal of the body behind the bumper, in doing so it bent up the hinges and mount points for the rear lift gate. In other words, it was a fairly complex repair involving moving and automatic parts. They worked with my insurance and got everything masterfully repaired. On any incident like this one involving a lift gate or moving part, you’re always worried about alignment and proper operation of the automatic features after the repairs. Well put away your fears and bring your vehicle to Onel’s, my complex repairs were done great, everything works like new, and no details were overlooked. I cut a deal with them to take care of some additional items outside of the insurance scope of work, when I came to pick up the truck I noticed they had actually done WAY MORE work than what I had paid them to do at no additional charge. There was also a repair paid for by my insurance that wasn’t necessary, so when I picked up my car they actually cut me a check back for the small item that didn’t need to be done.These guys want happy customers, they put in the legwork and go the extra mile even when they don’t have to. God forbid I have another accident anytime soon, but if I do I would go out of my way to come back to these guys. Even if I moved to the other side of Denver.”

“I hope no one ever has to face the fears I had a few weeks ago. I was driving West on I-70 at around 7pm and my tire pressure sensor said low tire, 13psi, then 12psi, then 11psi. All I could envision was the mayhem of a flat at 70 miles an hour in a Suburban. Panicked, I quickly and carefully got off the freeway and pulled over at a gas station air fill station, but it was clear I had a major leak that was not going to hold. It was very cold outside and I wasn't well prepared to change to my spare. I could have done it, but it would have been extremely uncomfortable and possibly dangerous. All the tire centers were closed.Then I called Richard at this location of Advance Auto Parts to see if there were any other options. Wow. He delivered an amazing demeanor and perfect customer service, which usually isn't my experience at an auto parts store. He made it feel safe for me to pump up my tire, which was completely flat at that point, and drive the 1.3 miles to his store's location. He then educated me on how to plug a hole and sold me the right plug kit and a compressor (which I should have on board anyway to be more self-sufficient). He even came out and made sure I got the job done alright.The tire is still holding air like it was new, and I'm incredibly thankful that I met Richard that night. Kudos, kudos!”
