Keep the bed dry, and provides great flexibility for dropping the top whenever needed. My previous Softopper is still going strong after 4 years on a truck my boy is now driving. Highly recommend.”
“This is a great place for your vehicle repairs. They even went out of their way to update me through the entire process. When I pick my car up they even buffed out some small scratches in the door. This was not part of the repair process, it's something they took upon themselves to correct I would highly recommend this place if you need body repair”

“Gary took a look at my Forester, which had an exhaust leak. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and took the time to show me exactly where it was occurring, which I really appreciated. Since this wasn’t a repair his shop specializes in, he referred me to another shop that works on turbo Subarus and even gave me a spare gasket to bring with me so they could see what needed to be fixed. He did all of this at no charge.
Overall, it was a great experience and I was really impressed by the professionalism and integrity of the shop.”
“Took our Honda Ridgeline in for the recall notice. Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Service advisor was efficient, friendly and got us checked in at the scheduled time. We usually brace for additional recommended service but were pleasantly surprised when the truck was returned without any suggested extra service. “Lowell Auto Body has been nothing but a blessing for me. As a fellow car enthusiast, they have treated all of my cars with the most respect, care, and attention to detail more than any other business I have taken them too. They have handled everything from easy touch up jobs on my bumpers, to full respray of my Supra, to a full repair on my Subaru BRZ. They are THE BEST when it comes to paint, body work, glass, and everything in between. Their shop is easy to get to and the paperwork is easy. They have all of the documents ready for you when you pickup and drop of your cars, plenty of space to sit and fill out everything, and at the end of the day, they treat me more like family than they did customer. These are the reasons I keep taking my cars back to them and keep recommending them to everyone I can. It's well worth the drive for me knowing what I can expect to get after they're done with their work. Highly recommend for anybody with a regular car, or even a high end collectors or imported car. Nothing but respect to these guys and can't wait to bring them more of my projects!”

“I used the valet service for the first time and it was great. My loaner car was delivered in the morning and was the same model I owned. Made driving a lot easier. Kemal Ouwerkerk was my service advisor and he kept me up to date on every aspect of the service. Everyone is very helpful and I appreciate it. Great dealership!!!”
“Service on the vehicle was fine. I took my car in for an alignment. I wish they would have recentered the steering wheel, because even though the alignment is in spec it still pulls slightly. But it is what it is. Alignment is in spec ??♀️
The woman I worked with at the front was very nice and did her job well.
If you plan on taking your vehicle here for service just know they are SLOW. I had a 7:00 am appointment thinking I would be in and out quick for the first spot of the day, but about ~8+ people had the same idea. I arrived 5 min early and waited in my car till 7:13 by the time I made it to the front of the line.
The women I worked with said they stack the 7:00 am spot. So I won’t be booking that again.
My alignment took over just two hours to
Complete so I wasn’t out of the dealership until around 9:30. The women did tell
Me alignment usually takes 90-120 min. Longer the more adjustments that need to be made. They confirmed mine had minor adjustments so two hours was a bit lengthy but it was still within the time she quoted me.
Overall dealer was fine. Just be very specific about what you’re asking for and plan to wait longer.”

“PLEASEEE give my girl Morgan a raise. She is so kind, so helpful and sooooo uplifting. No matter the struggle she always try's to make it work for her customers. I've never met anyone at a dealership who is so hardworking and helpful. She makes everything transparent and easy to deal with. The first time I came in I was extremely stressed and she changed my mood within the first minute. She gave me her personal card and told me to call if I had any further questions. Whenever she sees a costumer come in she greets and whenever a coworker leaves she says good bye have a good day. I've only been in here three times. I've never had service so good. A huge shout out to Ryan (service tech) Jeffrey and Loren from the car service desk in being the most kindness, professional and trustworthy. I took my car in on Friday before labor day and they were able to do what no one around the area was willing to do, (a battery change) forever grateful for them in squeezing me in on such a busy weekend and getting my car back to be before lunch time. Will forever come back here!”
“I purchased a Sunrider for my Jeep Wrangler JL, late last year. Because it was winter, I didn't open the box until a couple weeks ago. Upon initial installation, it was determined that one of the tension cables was broken, along with some damage to another part. Not sure if this was as a result of a shipping issue or manufacturing issue. I exchanged a few emails with Bestop and they made it right! Top-notch customer service!”
