“Nearly all of the negative comments seem to be about parking. This lot has all the appearances of being a private lot unless you've never ventured outside the burbs. One complainer posted a picture showing no parking signs high up on the pole on either side of the spot and somehow imagined the signs didn't apply to the spot they were in??? Another leveraged a quick trip to the bank into a long parking session while they also went out for lunch??? People need to use more common sense.Finally, a big thanks for letting Paw-n-Play use the parking lot for their annual Howl-oween.”

“I have only been here 2 times to close and open an account both times staff were really friendly. The banker was also very kind and helpful. The only negative thing i have to say is that both times i went, there was only 1 banker available so you have to wait a while but not for much. I was worried at first reading the reviews before going there but i ended up really liking the place. Of course i cant speak for everyone i might have just been lucky that i went when the good staff was there.”

“I’ve had a lot of trouble starting a line of credit when I had none. This was at Bellco, capital one and my last key bank location. Apparently I had to bring in a copy of my original social security card to verify who I was and this was the only bank I found that did the leg work to help figure that out. I can now finally start building credit only because they took helping me farther than any other bank has, and I never had to breath down anyone’s neck to get it solved. I’ve also been treated with respect and kindness every time I’ve been in.”
