“First, let me say that I have Armed Forces Bank, which I guess is owned by Academy Bank. Normally it’s a big pain to withdraw cash once a month from the account I’ve had since basic almost 20 years ago. They usually have to get a manager.
But the woman working this morning at open (2026.05.09) was pretty kick ass and efficient. Take care of that one and keep them around. 👍”

An online user friendly website, the mobile interface is self explanatory. Customer service number very helpful. Just wish they had not cut back on Saturday hours.”

“Had the worst customer service experience over the phone in my entire life went into the branch to see what all I need to do to close all my accounts with chase. Cody subia was able to walk me through what was needed and gave good advice to avoid future issues with moving my direct deposit. If there were more associate like him i would be happy to stay with chase he was much more professional, had better verbiage and was empathic.”
“Extremely friendly employees. Sometimes I wish simple things didn't take so long, like making any kind of withdrawal, or opening accounts, but the staff has always been super friendly, and fair. I've never had issues with fees that others complain about. If you don't overdraw your account, you won't see fees. It's an unfortunate fact that those with bad money management skills will complain the loudest when they are penalized for their inability to manage their finances.”
“My mother passed away last week and we were needing to transfer money to my father to help cover her final expenses. My father tried going to his bank (B of A)in California and they were completely useless and treated him quite poorly. So I decided to try to do this on my end. Ive been with US Bank almost 10 years now, and today reminded me why I love this bank so much. I went in and spoke with Kayla (i believe her name was) and she helped me set everything up with no problem. She was so sweet and helped me fill everything out and we were finished in just a few minutes. Our encounter was brief and probably not one she'll remember, but I will. I really appreciate her helping me and how she made a stressful situation so much less stressful. She is great at her job and she really deserves some recognition. While my heart is broken over our family's loss, she really made a terrible situation feel a little less terrible. I feel its important you know you have some really great employees. Thank you for being a great bank and helping my family.”

“Every time I have an issue at another Chase bank. I come to this Chase Bank and they treat me with nothing but kindness when I am frustrated. Banking in the digital age when you change your information or need to change your information isn’t always the easiest. I cannot think the management staff, bankers, and banking management staff for always showing up never saying ‘ I don’t know ‘ and providing some of the best customer service in a banking institution.”

“I use the Solera self directed IRA product. Their customer service is absolutely top notch, I can always reach someone on the phone, and they are very fast at processing transfer requests. Can't say enough good things about them. I don't think its possible to find a better self directed IRA provider, especially for the very reasonable rate I'm paying. The bottleneck will end up being other institutions/brokerages, Solera is very efficient responsive and patient with my questions.”

“Out of all the banks and credit unions I've used in a lifetime, this one stands out as the best. They are not all the same. CUD has provided me with high rates for my checking account and overdraft backup that's been a lifesaver. There's always a friendly voice on line or in person and a quick online response to questions. Nobody is rushed. Rates for loans and cards are still reasonable. They provide everything anyone could want from a bank run by humans. I used their webinar on wills among other resources and did mine with their help! Above and beyond.
