“I'm going to give a mixed review... I give Dr. Zachary Shpall FIVE STARS! He is the BEST doctor we have ever found for my mother! He expresses genuine concern and actually LISTENS to her and to us, as we are her primary caretakers. We have been going to this practice for many years, but when the practice switched hands, we considered leaving after being disregarded by multiple doctors and staff on multiple occasions (clearly demonstrated by the 1-star ratings online). Gratefully, our previous doctor left the practice, and we were assigned to Dr. Shpall. I love him!! PLEASE NEVER LET HIM LEAVE THE ARVADA CLINIC! He is the best thing that ever happened to that office. He is kind, genuine and clearly has my mother's best interest at heart. I am so grateful we landed on his patient schedule and truly hope he never leaves this practice!”

“This was my first visit to CommonSpirit Primary Care and I was impressed by the clean and inviting decor when I first walked into the clinic. The front desk staff were inviting, very pleasant and made my initial encounter with the staff at this facility a comforting experience. The Medical Assistants were both very compassionate, caring and friendly too.
Dr. Hemrick demonstrated an exceptional compassionate patient oriented approach (caring, empathetic, respectful) during my visit , his assessment/engagement with me regarding my health concerns was thoughtful/thorough and his clinical expertise was evident during my visit with him. Dr. Hemrick devoted the time that was needed during my visit and I did not feel as though my visit’s duration was rushed (many health care providers that I have seen usually make it apparent that they are pressed for time and the visits are short in duration unfortunately in my experience; those rushed encounters have made me perceive that my health and concerns were of secondary consideration to the short window of time scheduled for a visit).
I am fortunate that I found Dr. Hemrick and he will be my primary health care provider now. I am also grateful that I am at CommonSpirit Primary care for my medical needs especially considering that every staff member that I interacted with during my visit demonstrated keen compassionate patient oriented care during my visit.”
“It is a good care that they provide in the Clinic, that although they do not speak English perfectly, they help you to understand your care process, from the Window to the Assistance with the Doctor, they are friendly and above all concerned that the Patient improves their health. . “I arrived somewhat aggravated at finding the office. Upon arrival the staff was very apologetic and were very understanding of my frustration. Afterward, the staff settled my nerves, upon which I apologized for my rudeness. They said there was no need for apologies, I left very satisfied with staff and their kindness.”

She listened and was very helpful in determining the best course of treatment for my symptoms. This has been the best experience I have ever had at any medical facility. “Dr. K is a lifesaver. She works with complex patients and doesn’t give up. We pay the extra fee so she can dedicate herself to spending the time required to get someone back on the path to healing. It’s worth every penny. If you don’t need that level of care, be grateful and don’t confuse people in need of this care by posting ridiculous reviews. She’s the best in the business.”
“My son and I have been seeing this doctor since 2021. He is always nice and kind. The staff in the office is very nice as well. We really like Dr. Khoi as our family doctor because he always takes good care of us. What I appreciate most is that he personally performs the blood tests and check-ups, which makes the office feel very warm and welcoming. He may not be the most elegant, but what he lacks in elegance, he makes up for in human warmth. That is the most important thing for us. I highly recommend this doctor to anyone or any family who prefers a more traditional and personal approach to medical care. He is an excellent doctor, and we hope to continue receiving his care for a long time.”

“Colleen is a wonderful PCP - always takes the time to listen and really takes your concerns seriously. The office is a little confusing with the lab desk being at the very front and each provider having their own "waiting area," but it's pretty easy to get used to once you go a few times. I hope I can have my medical home here for many years to come!”
