“YOU ROCK .. I was trying to get the window on my back hatch to close when a wonderful, helpful man came to my rescue. Grabbed his tools and a flash light and went to work to help me. After doing everything that would normally work, he got his phone out and used google and fixed the lock so my window would close. I would have been stranded in the dark, miles from home, if he hadn't helped me. This world needs more people just like him. I can't thank you enough, Octavio, for going above and beyond. “We had a tire issue and needed a tow. Mitch arrived in a short amount of time and was very friendly and professional. We were going to have our car towed to a tire shop to get it fixed but they said they could save me some money and have it towed to their shop and have it fixed by morning. They were super easy to work with and honestly turned a tough situation into a positive experience. Good customer service is rare to find right now but these guys have it for sure! Highly recommended!”
