“Rick Schlittler is a kind and patient man, who made us feel like he was there to do whatever it took to solve our specific problem. Because we didn’t have the locking lug nut key, Rick went above and beyond in an attempt to help us change the tire. When it became clear that wasn’t possible, he came up with a very good solution. Even then, there was an additional complication, and we essentially turned him into our own personal valet. Rick is a gentleman.”

“I had my Porsche Macan alignment done today. They were able to take me right away. My only complaint is that they did not give me a report showing the settings of the alignment. I feel a good shop would do that as standard procedure.”

“I had an amazing experience with this auto shop today. My car broke down in the middle of the road, and they were literally just one call away and arrived right away to help me out and tow my vehicle. From start to finish, they were honest, kind, and very professional. They checked my car thoroughly and explained what needed to be repaired or replaced without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out to me was their honesty with pricing everything was very reasonable. They even gave me a discount because the work wasn’t too extensive, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto shop. Great service, fair pricing, and genuinely good people.”

“Highwood did an excellent job with my car! They worked seamlessly with the insurance and were quick to fix the damage! My car looks good as new after someone hit the left rear bumper and side of my door. I asked them to patch fix another scratch on the other side of my car, and they took care of that as well! Not to mention, they did it for half the price of another shop I got a quote from! 10/10 recommend and will come back if needed in the future!”

“We didn't think we'd get our vehicle out of this situation without a crane. Eddy(ie) was great! He didn't hesitate, even when he saw that it would be a full recovery. Had to get the jeep off a retaining wall, through two yards and bushes and trees. Very knowledgeable, professional and put our anxious minds at ease. Also spoke with the property owners and helped mitigate that interaction. Highly recommend this outfit, especially Eddy!”

“I am incredibly grateful to CARSTAR and Marco Marino for their exceptional service in repairing my 2002 4Runner. After I was rear-ended, my insurance company wanted to total my cherished SUV. However, after their evaluation, CARSTAR confirmed that the damage was repairable since the frame was intact. They completely fixed everything, and now my truck looks new. Bringing my 4Runner back to life was a significant benefit, as older models retain their value, and totaling it would have resulted in a substantial financial loss. The great communication and friendly service I received throughout the process were truly appreciated. Thank you, CARSTAR!”

“Dylan made this experience what it was. Got in an unfortunate accident and needed a tow, he got there in about an hour, took great and careful care of my car to avoid further damage, and had the integrity to inform me that my rate could be lowered because my car had existing hooks, a thing I never would have known about. The ladies I spoke to on the phone that day were knowledgeable and helpful as well. Honest, professional, highly recommended. There is a cc processing fee.”
