“After a collision, John’s Towing called me. Michelle was not helpful at all, denied a tow truck because I didn’t have a police report number even after explaining the situation to her. I had to wait for her shift to end to call again (a whole hour passed). Thankfully Janet picked up and helped me out with the limited information I had after already having a terrible day. Then Francisco called me. He was very kind over the phone and made sure he had all the necessary info. Once he got there, he was very efficient and got us out of there quickly. The car ride was comfortable and fun, he was very understanding and kind after everything. Would definitely recommend.”
