“I have been renting here for some time and every time I come in the manager Maria is always extremely friendly and willing to answer my questions. One of the first times I came through a few months ago I was confused on how large my unit was and where it was located. She not only explained it to me but continued to check in each time after making sure I was sure of where to go and if I needed any assistance. She has been super kind and helpful which makes this place stand out in comparison to any other unit I’ve had in the past!”

“Very easy to rent a unit and move right in. Property manager Hanne was super sweet and helpful. She remembered which unit I’d moved into weeks ago, and apologized that previous tenant had left a couple of small items in the unit. Management took care of getting rid of them for me, so I didn’t have to do anything extra. Cell service in the building is pretty bad, and I frequently have trouble unlocking the doors and elevators with my phone. I don’t mind just putting in the code, but it can be repetitive when you’re trying to move things in and out. Overall, a great experience and happy there was a storage place so close to my temporary home!”

Not only did she make the process of renting a space for my vehichle as smooth and painless as possible, "it was all done over the phone" but her customer service skills made it feel as though she was actually speaking to you in person, & "actually cared" & "appreciated" my business with them! WOW! I would definitely recommend I-70 contractorself storage to anyone, or "business" looking for safe & secure storage, "24 hours a day" & hope to continue doing business with them for as long as the future permits! “It is a joy to work with someone who, despite how thankless the job may be, works really hard to address issues and responds in a timely and professional manner to sort out our problems. Sam Martinez is just that guy. He manages the facility in Arvada and he is a gem.
We were assigned a unit by the CubeSmart internet system on a Sunday when the office was closed. And when we went to our unit it was already in use by someone else. We got into another unit that was open and emailed the office letting them know of the issue. Sam called the next day, got to the bottom of it, and helped me out. Any other place and I would have run the risk of my stuff getting thrown out or auctioned off.
I recommend Sam, and the CubeSmart Arvada facility.”
“Great Storage facility with great people! Exterior units are nice a large with nigh ceilings. Staff makes regular rounds around the complex. I drove off and left my unit open one day. They called me and let me know that they closed it!”

“Great storage facility. I had a storage unit there from 2013 to now. Facility is always pretty clean, staff are friendly and reliable. Each unit is secured with a system by password on top of locking. I would definitely recommend to anybody searching.”
“Safe place to store your mobile home or trailer. There is a gate that locks everything in, and the storage unit land on its own is in a nice location, not a lot of random people driving / walking by. It's right behind a place that always has police there for work needs, so it feels really safe. It does have a dump station if you need it before parking your trailer. I highly recommend: they do have open air, just parking or very big safe garage/ storage unit parking, completely locked and covered that are like 20×50.”

She is from Germany and we had a lot of laughs and shared memories so that was awesome. It felt like I was home will definitely be back.
