“I had an excellent experience at Time Concepts International this afternoon. I brought in my Tissot Lovely watch after other shop told me they couldn’t adjust the bracelet because the chain was so thin and delicate. The owner at Time Concepts International handled it with impressive precision.
He completed the adjustment in about 15 minutes, but what truly stood out was the level of care. He had me try it on multiple times, carefully checking the fit on my wrist and patiently discussing small adjustments until it was absolutely perfect. I never felt rushed — he clearly takes pride in getting every detail right.
You can immediately tell he is highly skilled. I noticed awards for craftsmanship displayed on the wall, and after watching him work, it’s easy to see why he’s been recognized. Professional, friendly, and exceptionally capable — I highly recommend this shop.”
