“I went in to get a gem stone appraised. Unfortunately for me they were not gemologists, but that’s perfectly ok. They gave me the name of a great one! The gentleman also fixed my ring that had a loose center stone, for no cost and made sure to walk me through the steps so I understood how it was fixed. And also why a different method of repair could have been damaging. I was very happy with my experience and would definitely go back for more repairs as well as the gorgeous jewelry. “We were walking downtown when my 5 year old decided that she needed to look in this store. It was 10am and to our delight, the door was open. We started browsing only to discover that it was not open yet - but we were met with kindness and allowed to continue through the store.
