“Really great shop and super chill staff. PJ's advice and help adjusting an s-works ebike that we borrowed for our visit was super. We basically showed up unannounced and he took 30 mins to make sure the bike was going to work for my wife, all the while dealing with other customers, talking about Specialized as a manufacturer, and life in Aspen generally. A lot of fun and insight.
I stopped in three more times after that, for minor adjustments, advice on ride destinations, and to see Rio, the Great Dane. Who is so sweet.

Pleasant experience, however the lady that cashed us out did not activate our tubing and coaster cards and it created somewhat of a frustration the following day when we tried to access the mountain.”
