“Jack, Zander and Anthony at the Havana St, Aurora CO location made renting a car easy. They also provided excellent customer service. When I called to make sure that a car would be available for my reservation (since I had read online reviews that stated that often even with a reservation a car may not be available when you arrive) Jack was friendly and reassured me that a car would be available. When I arrived, Jack helped me promptly and was professional and helpful.
When I returned my rental car, Zander was very helpful and when I asked if someone could provide me a ride home (less than 4 miles), Zander was able to get Anthony to drive me home.
The rental rate was fair and Jack, Zander and Anthony were professional and friendly. All round, I would definitely return to this Enterprise location in the near future.”
“Booked everything online. Took a shuttle from the airport. So be aware this is not at the actual airport it's a shuttle away. The staff was very pleasant and the experience was smooth and easy to deal with.”

“Every time I want to pick up my shared car, it takes hours to get it due to lack of customer service (text only). They also don't automatically find your account for agreed upon minimum monthly payments. Took me hours to get them to fund my account with the money I was owed. Never sharing my car with Avail again!!!”
“The staff at Enterprise on 6th Ave in Aurora, CO is PHENOMENAL.
I got my rental due to getting into an accident the night before. Normally, I dread working with rental car services. But the staff was so kind, efficient, & gave 10/10 customer service.
I even asked if I could swap my vehicle in the middle of the rental & they were so sweet about it & made it such an easy process.
Between getting the vehicle, the exchange, & returning the vehicle, I got to meet many of the staff & I can attest that they are all wonderful. I would tell anyone that needs a rental to go to this Enterprise location.
Enterprise was truly one less thing I had to worry about in my high-stress situation, & that really meant a lot to me.

“After having tire issue with vehicle rented at airport location, I called Budget customer service . Told me to contact a close by office to see what could be done. Luckily I chose Joe's location. He was very professional and went out of his way to get us in a different vehicle. When we went to switch cars his staff also very helpful and got us in and out effortlessly. Thank you!”
