if i could give less than one star, i would. i have a CD(or time deposit) that i wanted to move to another bank. i was two days past the grace period and they charged $627.32. this was over 5X the interest accrued. Account was flagged for fraud activity, understandable...but the manager wasn't professional and really rude about the situation to the point that she Hung up on me, hope corporate takes note about this!
