“Super friendly people work here I was looking for some shut offs and the gentleman in the plumbing department came up to me and asked if he can help me find what I needed and he took me right to the shut off valve that I need he’s was super helpful and I was able to get out the the store in a timely manner.”

Just had the most ridiculously frustrating checkout experience that caused my two item checkout to turn into a more than 30 minute ordeal. The machines kept freezing, so I had to wait around while the computer and credit cards terminal rebooted. Then I was sent over to customer service to get more help.
I had to redo my checkout multiple times. I was finally able to get my order through and get my receipt, but then the cash box wouldn’t open. So I had to wait around again while they were trying to figure out how to open the cashbox. Someone finally came to get it open but not a single person apologized from management for the inconvenience. Really?
Huge shoutout to Ismael who stayed with me from start to finish to make sure this was resolved. Please give him a raise or I will poach him away to my office because he is the sweetest person ever.”
“Scott Raymond is the best! We have had a great experiences every time we have the good fortune of Scott helping us. First with an entry door 12 years ago, then with a barn door several years ago and now with a pantry door. He always takes the time to explore options and talk to us about skills to do the work ourselves if we desire. He is knowledgeable, patient and all around nice guy!”
“I want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Nerita I. in the painting section at this store! She was absolutely amazing in helping us find the exact color we were looking for. Back in August 2024, we had purchased a 5-gallon bucket of paint, but unfortunately, the paint had spilled on the scan code, making it unreadable. Despite this, Ms. Nerita was able to identify the color by just two letters on the label. Instead of simply matching it to a similar color, she took the time to ensure we got the exact shade we wanted.
Ms. Nerita was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Her dedication and expertise truly saved us from what could have been a frustrating situation. Thank you so much, Ms. Nerita, for your outstanding customer service and for genuinely wanting to help us.

But the best part of buds wherehouse is the staff they are so help especially that gentleman Kenny he must be manager or the owner or something because he is just so passionate about the place.
