I came in with a long list of questions about roof coverage, deductibles, and uninsured motorist, and she answered every one in writing, fixed the details I flagged, and explained the reasoning. She also caught that my old policy had me paying for uninsured motorist coverage three times when once covers all three vehicles in Colorado. Everything was bound and effective the same day with no property survey. After a rough experience with our previous agent, this was the opposite. Highly recommend.”

“Your claims teams is terrible. Won't even talk to me about a claim that I have been paying the policy on for 10 years. What a joke. Paul you need to take better care of your customers. Ridiculous. Elizabeth was the horrible person working in claims, she hung up on me instead of working with me which is even more ridiculous.
Edit to change : paul has tried to call to work things out. And the claim finally got straightened out. I think Elizabeth in claims needs some training, if I could give her 1 star I would.”
