“Called Craters & Freighters in a panic when FedEx mistakenly delivered about 600 lbs of oversized items to my door that were intended to land at a warehouse in commerce city. Chad was so helpful and reassuring, and after a few quick questions I had a quote in my email and a pickup booked for the next business day. The crew who came to get the parcels was very efficient and friendly. They called ahead of time to verify arrival and they showed up exactly at the top of the pickup window. They were in and out in less than 10 minutes and the items were safely delivered across town. Thanks Blaze! I would highly recommend this company. They were so good I would have paid double!”

We had a move from Littleton to Federal Heights, and Juan and Jerry made the entire experience smooth. “They delivered the pod on time and the drivers were very nice and professional. Sadly they didn't tell us how their loan would work and ended up charging our credit card the full amount which will be very hard on us. I've called to ask them to shift it to the loan they recommended we get - which we got approved for the day we ordered but they basically told us its too late. Very upset by that.
EDIT: They've reached out and fixed the issue with the payment. My credit card will be refunded and the amount was put on the loan instead. Very thankful so I'm raising the review to 4 Stars.”

Warehouse always loaded my trailer perfectly.
Routing is 90% perfect, while outfits like walmart and a few others expect deliveries in the middle of your 10.
I drove otr, had my own tractor and trailer. Few issues with equipment at the beginning, but all was resolved immediately.
It is an LTL setup as in multi stop deliveries and pick-ups, which is a perfect option for those who would like to drive long hauls and still be active throughout the day.
Cons:
Pay can be better
Paperwork is at 60% unnecessary, while samsara is sufficient for most of it.
Orientation is disorienting for new drivers.
Communication can be better.

“I ordered hardwood flooring from out of state. They chose Estes Freight as the company to have the flooring delivered to our home. Because the flooring was packaged in over long boxes, 8 feet, each box has to be hand unloaded. The driver was happy to help with the unloading and moved his truck to align it with ours to make the unloading easier. While unloading he was extremely friendly and made the heavy job go so much better. Once Estes picked up the flooring they made contact with us for a delivery date. They arrived on the day that they arranged with a phone call prior to their arrival. Everything about the experience was easy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.”
