“We used Liberty Bell Moving Group to move my parents to Nevada and it was a great experience. This was not a normal move since I had to coordinate everything remotely. It was very confusing for my parents after living in their old home for 20 years. It was hard for them to thinking about packing up their life and heavily relied on me. I found the Liberty Bell Moving staff to be very helpful while I was setting everything up. I called early to tell them of the special circumstances and they were very patient with me. We set up the target move date and the approximate size of the move. They provided me with an estimate based on my guess. Once I was able to go up to their old house, I further assessed the furniture and approximate number of boxes. When I called my contact at Liberty Bell Moving, she was still able to keep the cost almost the same as what I'd originally projected. The day came for my parents to move. I couldn't be there. The movers were very patient with my parents. My parents were comfortable with them and that said a lot.”
