Very professional, responsive, extremely careful with prep/loading/unloading, and efficient. All furniture was protected with shrink wrap prior to loading, and they were very careful during the entire process. Price was fair, and they gave credit towards some time delays that were out of their control. I didn't realize their association with rehab when I hired them, but was very pleased I could contribute towards an organization that is dedicated to helping those with homelessness, addiction, and criminal backgrounds. “I've moved with Gate City at least three times now and I've always been happy. They work quickly, but my belongings are treated with care and I've never had anything damaged or broken. During this most recent move I mentioned that my first maintenance call at my new place would be to have the stacked laundry machines pushed back because the door wouldn't close; Diego just looked at the machines and took care of it for me then and there. When they took apart my bed, Matthew and Robert saw that one of the wooden slats was cracked and almost broken; at the new place, the first thing they did was fix the slat with wood glue, then put my bed back together after it was repaired. No extra charge, I didn't even have to ask; they just really take care of you. An old-school family business in the BEST way.”

“This company was actually hired by the buyer for my baby grand piano. 3 gentlemen showed up to move the piano, and were patient and pleasant. Unfortunately, the piano slipped slightly and damaged my front door.I called the company, and they paid for the repair with no trouble. I wish that the damage hadn't happened, but I certainly stand by a company that does the right thing. For that, I would definitely recommend them. Absolutely no complaints.”
