“Gary is the manager of the store make sure to ask for him he is a very respectful man who cares about your stuff and will take care of you I found him to be very honest and helpful through the entire process of working with Smart stop self storage and it is the single best place in Aurora where you can put your stuff the security is impressive and they even have a cool space for your electronics and cooled units where you can really keep stuff safe and I found the grounds to be immaculate and well maintained I highly recommend this place if you need to store your stuff.”

“Everyone that I interacted with was friendly, professional and seemed genuinely concerned about what I needed. The person on the phone offered solutions when the unit I wanted wasn't available. Then Beth and Bill at the facility were quick to facilitate the paperwork and even offered treats to my grandkids to help keep them occupied so we could finish up with the process. The facility itself is very clean. I have no concerns about the items I'll be storing there. Overall a five star operation.”

The process was quick & easy and when I couldn’t figure out how to lock the unit (which was all the way in the back) he took the time to go up and check on it while I grabbed a few more boxes and told me how to do lock it when I got back.
