“My experience with this company was more EXCEPTIONAL. I contacted "All my sons" to have my furniture moved but I regret and cancelled the appointment 45 days before, then I contacted "The Other Side....", it was the best decision I could ever made. The crew was so kind, very clear on the move, and they disassembled my bed (I didn't know I had to do it) and then assembled it at the destination very professionally. I can't express how Impressed I am with the outstanding service this company provided. If you read my review, trust me that I am not the type of person who leaves reviews but they really provided a good experience that was not expensive (half of "All my sons"), no hidden fees, no traps no nothing. Don't hesitate and lease this company for your move.”

The Price is right and they have lots of promotions to keep costs low, also no hidden costs at move in. The onsite manager is just fantastic, he made a sudden and frankly traumatic moving experience way better for me than it had been going, and he keeps a good eye on the place and is on top of any nonsense so you don't have to worry about your stuff. “I’m happy to review Extra Space Storage in Lowry. My daughter and I needed to store some personal items for a few months to make way for remodeling, and ESS was convenient for us. The signup was easy, with lots of help from the staff regarding payments, policies, keys, the location of the storage space. The facility was surprisingly clean and allowed us to park inside while loading and unloading. It was quite secure - we met one of the security staff when we were there one night late (it’s open to 10pm). I would use the Extra Space Storage again.”

Lacey is a human first then provides excellent service.
