“Between downsizing our own lives, several unexpected turn of events, and the passing of several family members, in the last several years, storage units and facilities have become integral in our day-to-day lives.
And, to be clear, not all of them are the same. Frankly, it's easy to get moved into a place that you can't move out of fast enough.
Over several years of what seems like nonstop moving, packing, consolidating, and relocating portions of various properties, we decided to try a Public Storage in our new neighborhood.
It was pleasant and void of some of the typical hurdles. When we needed additional space, and something indoors, the first Public Storage we were at didn't have the unit we were looking for, but there was one up the street.
We stayed with the company and rented more units in the same area. The greatest feature for us has been that they recently began offering 24 hour access for a modest surcharge.
One if the biggest hurdles we had encountered was that by the time of day we could get to our units to get some things done, the other places were closed until 6:00 AM the next day. It was almost impossible to get anything caught up. We were always rushing and not getting much done. It was overwhelming.

“Iva was amazing! She walked me through all the different options, and helped me out when it was obvious that I would require a second unit. And Jason was so nice to bring me bottled water on a hot day unloading the truck they let me borrow. When you consider the free use of their truck, this place has all you'll need. Very conveniently located for renters who live in the Meadows here in Castle Rock.”
“Fantastic company and employees! Noah & Elio moved my household from Evergreen to Durango and couldn’t have done a better job. Attentive, polite, professional, and efficient. Damien originally met me at my house and spent a good 1.5 hours discussing move options and providing a bid which was significantly under the competition. That included taking some furniture for Goodwill/disposal. The final bill was actually lower! The company accommodated a shift in the schedule, and everything happened exactly as promised. Can’t recommend MoveMasters enough! Thanks for making my move incredibly smooth.”
“We rented a unit at this location for about 3 years. We were out of the state from the minute we opened it till the second we moved out. When I tell you Brenda was an absolute DREAM to work with, I am not kidding. Not only was there clear explanations to all of our questions, but the communication we received from the team was 10/10. When you are sure your personal property is safely kept and the staff cares just as much to grant you that assurance, there is no price tag to put on that.

“Fantastic location! Justin was great and told me I could drive through the facility to get items closer for unloading purposes. I got a space within minutes online, then got the key and code very quickly. Being able to load under a covered garage is so excellent. Great working carts, too.”

“I never write reviews but after seeing how clean and well maintained this place is, not to mention the amazing customer service, I had to come on here and let everyone know how amazing it is. The supervisor is incredibly kinda and explains everything fantastically. He shows you to your unit and shows you how all the locks and gates work. He also reads through the lease with you and makes sure you are all set. Also DU students get very nice perks, free locks and maybe even a goodie bag, so definitely mentioned that you’re
