“GREAT first experience at the Iliff Location. Immediately greeted & helped. Instead of pointing to the area, he walked me over, gave a brief, but detailed rundown, and let me know where he’d be if I needed help. The selection and different price points of women’s winter boots & gloves was excellent! The entire store was clean, well-organized and kept up with well! Encountered 2 more staff, just as friendly and helpful. They got along great and work really well together. Found exactly what I needed and a couple more items. My only regret was not going there first. Went to Dick’s first, had the opposite experience. Haphazardly pointed to the wrong area, abysmal selection, aisles and displays a mess, items not where they were supposed to be. (So frustrating). Never once checked on, even though there was barely anyone in the store. Now I know why. They were all at Big5! ? I will definitely be back!”

The most recent time we were in the store this week, I was assisted by the amazing Zoe(y?) in the sneaker department who went above and beyond to help me pair a matching sweatshirt to a pair of shoes I wanted. She also enlisted the help of KJ on the floor and I was so happy to make a new outfit for me. Zoe treated me with respect and was so nice, I think they are doing something right at this store.
