“These guys were incredibly kind and understanding when my car stopped running and I was in a panic about getting it towed and into a shop.- They said I could bring it in that day (Friday) and keep it safe there over the weekend even though they had a jam packed schedule and probably wouldn't be able to get to it til Monday.-When I got the car towed there, they could see I was very stressed out and told me to take my time and there was no rush. It was very nice to hear kind words at that moment.-Not only did they get my car done the next day but they were able to get me my keys before Sunday even though I had to work a bit late.10/10 will be bringing my car back here for any work I need done. They quickly diagnose the problem and fix it for a very reasonable price and made a couple of common sense maintenance suggestions but i didn't feel like they were upselling at all. “Shout out to the team Friday January 12, 2024Fantastic team at this location! I typically do all my repairs myself but there are some things that the professionals have to do, like alignments.In the past I was told by another brakes plus location that they don’t have the ability to do 4 wheel alignment on Mercedes and sent me to le Schwab to get one. I paid double and they only did front wheel alignment.I decided to call this location and they said they absolutely do 4 wheel alignment on Mercedes and to come on in. They not only did a great alignment, they were completely transparent on other issues they noticed and were willing to show me the issues. Most shops try to upsell or even rip you off (especially people that have no idea about cars) but the team here was honest and transparent with every customer that was there.It’s nice to feel comfortable and feel like you have options and aren’t forced to pay for unnecessary things. I highly recommend this place if you have any concerns about your vehicle. Everyone there is great!Also wanted to mention that additional brake bleed was done even though I cancelled that service at the front desk. They were willing to eat the cost of that service but since they did a good job with everything, we agreed to meet in the middle on the cost.I will be returning to this location and I will be recommending others to go to this location for all future work.
