My only issue is with the WiFi at the location it was impossible to connect to the app and go through the required steps. Again both ladies were awesome and everything worked out. “UNBELIEVABLE! After 3 years of taking my truck to Autonation for a recurring issue with my power step, I dropped my truck off (2019 Ram 1500 Limited) after my wife suggested Elite Import, They call an uber for you, I get home, take a nap, wake up and it is fixed? Can this be true? Not only is it true and has worked from the time I picked it up without fail, but they also found the issue of why my brakes were causing a shaky stop. Repaired front brakes, oil change all in a day. Joey, Cory, and Zach are who I worked with here and they are all not only incredibly professional, but also communicative and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I will never go back to a dealer after having such an amazing experience. I still cannot believe they fixed in an hour or so, what a large dealership could not in 5 or 6 trips over 3 years. THANK YOU ELITE IMPORT AUTO REPAIR! Family owned is the only way to go. Better service, care, quality.”
