“I have to completely change my review here. Now generally I will give most everyone a second shot. Originally I was unwilling to consider this. But, I changed my mind and brought my 1/24 scale crawler in to have a bag of parts installed. In on a Monday afternoon and ready Tuesday afternoon, man quick turn around. Never told them who I was, or that I had been in contact with the owner Fred. Only charged me $75.00, holy moly that's cheap! I'm super happy, and my crawler is a completely different animal ?. Props to David who did the work! Thanks, have yet to have it out yet but it's been raining.”
“I came in today with my daughter and some of her friends and we had the best time! The kids had money and wanted to buy something small and we ended up spending an hour there. The store has an eye spy game where you have to find 6 pictures and if you find them all you win a small prize. They were running all over searching for them,they loved it!! The ladies were so friendly, encouraging, and then helping with clues! We'll be back here.”
“It was super busy on Sunday afternoon. One register was taking every costumer for a bit. The cashiers name was Noki and they were absolutely amazing! Super kind and welcoming, talkative, friendly, made connections to us, everything you’d want in a cashier. Me and my partner are regular dollar store customers and Noki is now our favorite cashier!”
“Update: Shea is a lifesaver, went in to try to get the situation fixed again, the guy in store today Shea, did the swap out no problem, knew what needed to be done and even better, was willing to let me pay the difference on getting a new item, employee like this are what make these stores worth going to
Went in to swap a controller out that I had a warranty on, was told that even tho I bought the controller new 2 months ago, it had to be replaced with a used item, that was fine. Got home and started to play with the “new” item, it’s even more defective than the one I swapped it out for. Went back to hopefully get a replacement or even the controller I had originally, nope, was told I’m SOL and stuck with the defective one. No refund, no offer to do anything except send me home with a broken item. I will not be buying any warranties from GameStop again and will probably stick to buying my gaming accessories from Sony directly from here on out, shame that brick and mortar stores like GameStop are doing everything in their power to put themselves out of business.”
“So my husband and I started our night with a simple goal to exchange a headset that was under warranty. Little did we know this would become more of an adventure that we did not care for. While having a less then satisfactory experience at another game stop near by. We made our way over to this location. Ariel, and Kevin were absolutely top notch. We could not have asked for more knowledgeable, and polite customer service representatives. Thank you thank you thank you for giving me a little hope in humanity. These two should get a raise for sure, because whatever they get paid does not cover the amazing service we received.”

“Today i went to have the paw prints of our sweet Molly laminated. She unexpectedly had to be put down not even 2 weeks ago apparently from some genetic kidney issue. I thought I was simply going to laminate the prints for my son when the gentleman working yesterday February 18th asked me if I had a picture on my phone that I could email to them print it out and add with the paw prints, it was everything I could do to not cry it was such a wonderful idea, so that's what we did, he was so patient with the details adding the colored background and how I would lay the picture up to the paw prints it probably took a half hour, I was so thrilled and happy I went to pay him and he said no charge! it was so unexpected such a beautiful gesture it really meant everything that somebody else cared out there. Thank you for restoring my faith in human kindness.”
