“These are great people to deal with. If you are having issues with a warehouse around Denver, call this company. They will receive your delivery and reschedule and take care of your customers' product. Obviously they don't work for free but time is money. They will get you unloaded and on your way without an issue. Servicing your perishable delivery needs in the Denver Metropolitan area”

So i now exclusively use Forex and every box i sent made it to Mindanao
I send at least one box a month sometimes 2 and in the past sent 3 with other company who did not appreciate my business....but Forex DOES and they are always friendly
Best part is the COMMUNICATION ...forex always returns calls and answers questions....that to me alone is what makes me give good review!!!

“When arriving near the end of day with an express shipment they do not prioritize or have a separate counter to ensure your shipment makes shipping that day. I waited in line for 30 minutes with a box with a pre posted shipment label that just needed to be scanned and still almost missed shipment.”

“I went in today 30 minutes before closing with a last minute printing job for work due the next morning. I needed a booklet printed and set into a magazine style. I was hopeful to maybe get ahead of the jobs the next day and have it sometime before the afternoon hours. However, Katie dropped her closing duties and didn’t hesitate to help me regardless of them closing within no time. Katie quickly printed and assembled what I needed. Not to mention she did it with a great attitude. Needless to say, I will be returning to this location and asking for Katie anytime I need something printed.”

“Only way I can leave a review is to use my grandmother‘s account, but this has to be said …I had a box here a few years ago for mail and deliveries and the owner and operator was so much fun and yet professional gave me advice on saving money packaged everything extremely well but I became sick with Covid. There are many more UPS stores here, but I don’t mind driving the long distance to come back here now I have another box with them. I highly recommend this UPS store above all others because of their careful handling of packages and speed yet precise service…. very knowledgeable, all-around awesome”

“I arrived at 1:53 at this absolute cesspool of a postal office. Yes, I clearly saw the “Closed for lunch 2:00-3:00” sign & and kept yanking at the door until Cameron begrudgingly opened it for me. He gave me the typical gone-postal comments of how people like me ruin his day, how he hates being eternally overworked and underpaid & how they’re closed for lunch for a reason. I told him to have a better day because I don’t let wage slaves bully me. But hey, still 5 stars for me cuz I was out by 1:59. Thanks for the speedy service, Cameron ?”
“I needed to ship some items before getting to the airport, and the ship center by the airport was closed. I googled and found the address for this location but didn't realize that this location is on the lower level of the hotel. Luckily I called and one of the guys helped direct me to the location. You enter through the front lobby, go to the right of the front desk, continue down the walkway all the way down, and then go to the right to use the elevator to go down 1 level, make a right out of the elevator then your first left. I hope these directions help others.
The staff was very helpful and I have no complaints there. The only thing I will point out is that this location charges drop fees for all packages. So keep in mind that even with a labeled package or an Amazon return (which I had) you have to pay a fee based on the weight of the package, in order for them to accept it from you. This is a major issue that if I had known I would've found an alternate solution before I drove to the location. However, I was already late for the airport and just needed to get the packages sent out.
I gave an overall 4 stars,, as the drop fee is a killer for me but the staff was awesome. If I had to rate based on the experience it was a 5 then.”
“On a Week day, for passports, for walk in for appts they will take only first 20 people for the day, and must be there when door opens 10.30 to 11. We had to return on a Saturday, 9- 10 and it was an easy process with no wait time.”

“It honestly wasnt to bad for me. Just prepare for it to take 4-6H unload and get paperwork. Arrived at 0240 for a 0300 appointment. Parked and went in to checkin. Got a door immediately and took a nice nap. Company prepaid lumper so wasnt a issue there and got a call 4hours later for paperwork. Just be patient with all the drivers trying to park truck in yard spot or dock. Heard alot of people blowing horns about to get hit”
