The United States Postal Service is the only organization in the country to regularly deliver to every address, providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery. The local Post Office is a great location with generally great service and great people. Workers and carriers are fantastic, often going above and beyond to help, providing excellent service, answering questions, and tending to customers the soonest they can. The staff are very friendly, calm, awesome, and very candid on processes. Many customers report nothing but great experiences. However, there can inevitably be lines and a wait. Hours have been reduced, which is inconvenient. There have also been issues with drop-off boxes, where packages were not scanned in a timely manner, leading to problems. While this was resolved, it took a bit. The organization itself is encouraged to better reinforce their drop off boxes or give proper warning. Overall, the workers inside are great people.
Naquanyea and Sherman are 2 awesome people they always make sure I’m taking care of very polite and informative. Always enjoy at this place. I’ll be back!!!!
