The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. Committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and processes 47 percent of the world's mail. Customers often praise the knowledgeable, helpful, and kind employees at their local USPS offices. One reviewer noted the efficiency and friendliness of an employee named Sandra, while another appreciated the efforts of Heather to resolve an issue with an international package. A third customer had an excellent experience with a "sweet and helpful" employee named Quincy, who went above and beyond to assist them in getting their mailbox keys. However, some reviewers have expressed concerns about long lines, limited resources, and the overall decline of the USPS since new management. Despite these challenges, the majority of customers report receiving exceptional service and are grateful for the hard work of USPS employees.

I have been using this post office for years. It's always be ok. Not good not bad. It is now terrible. Things don't get fixed. The drop off is always full. And it seems like they're way understaffed.

No clear place to drop off a prepaid box. Everything is locked up. Finally a manager came out and I was able to ask after about 20 minutes of standing in line. Eric to containers sitting there that were not clearly marked for drop off.
