“This is the UPS store that is closest to me and I’ve lived in this area for about 20 years. In the past, it has been very hit or miss mostly miss. People were angry never friendly wouldn’t greet you, etc. But yesterday I went in and there was a lovely young lady who was smiling, helpful, energetic, and I have to say this was the first time I left there wanting to write a review rather good or bad. I ask her immediately if this place was under new management/ownership and she said yes. Kudos to the new management/owner!”
“Honestly great USPS (granted I have not really engaged with the staff at the desk because of the 24/7 self-service kiosks, which are very helpful. Very occasionally, the drop off bins by the self service kiosks are full but that makes sense because it’s usually holidays and after hours!)”
