“I made a mistake on a business card and did not know it until I drove 30 miles to this Staples to pick them up. I was leaving town early the next morning and was really in a pinch. Flora jumped in and said no problem! She dropped everything she was working on and fixed the mistake I made. She then re-printed them in record time! Flora could have easily told me to come back, but instead she took the initiative to help out. I really appreciate her and Staples is lucky to have her!”

Even though he was very busy helping other people he took the time that I needed and focused on my issue and helped me tremendously.
