I'm not able to see how large the envelopes are: he took the time to assist me in locating the correct size, and packaging my items, all the while letting me know what he was doing with such a friendly tone. I wish I lived closer: the staff here are much better than the employees on Iris Street: they actually make you feel like a person, not someone who is a number or wasting their time.”

“Quick and easy experience mailing a package from here! Short line, friendly clerks, convenient location. More affordable than UPS.My only complaints: This should have a self-service kiosk. And there is no bike parking. I had to awkwardly lock to the railing. Add a bike rack out front please!”

I was pleasantly surprised that most people don't go to the post office the day after Thanksgiving and there was no line. The person who helped me at the desk was so friendly and nice. It was quick and easy to mail my package. Great customer service!”

“I used this post office maybe 3 times during my stay in the area from 1997 - 2019. There were times when the Welshire Postal station on Evans Ave was closed and used this location. It is a small office with hit or miss service. Some employees are great, then some employees were brought in from other stations that filled for those that took time off hence the hit or miss part. Can't complain much as they do the best for what they have to deal with especially with that idiot LeJoy in D.C. running the Postal system into the ground!”

I drive farther to go to this post office because they always have four mail clerks on the weekdays and a they have a couple of self serve post office stamp machines. They are very helpful and good with customer service and they get you out fast. I highly recommend this post office.”
