“I went by the post office today because somebody had broken into my mailbox. The supervisor Malcohlm was extremely kind and helpful. Even though he was very busy helping other people he took the time that I needed and focused on my issue and helped me tremendously. I think he is a great access to the United States Post Office he was at the Smoky Hill Branch which covered zip codes 80016 and 80015. Thank you sir for your kindness it goes a long long way. Sorry if I misspelled your name. Lynn”
“A hidden gem. Fast, friendly and efficient service. A perfect alternative to the post office. Also lots of cute gifts. I almost hate to share this place because it might get crowded.”
“What a great and convenient stop. A mini postal with boutique shopping on the side. They can do almost all services as a regular post office. I’ve sent out my packages and bought stamps. The prices are more generous than UPS with a decent delivery window. The staff is great. Tracey is wonderful and has been so helpful every time. Thanks.”
“Teddy is quite possibly the most above and beyond serving postal worker I’ve ever encountered. I can’t thank you enough for helping with my Mail at Baker Tower! Thank you.”
“Best out of the post offices near me.They are helpful friendly and know what they are doing. I had three international packages sent at the Bear Valley post office and all were sent back to me.They were unable to refund or help me .They sent me to another post office Englewood who took care of it right away . Unfortunately they couldn't refund as it should have been done by Bear Valley.I'am greatful for their help!”
“I live near the Smoky Hill location, but travel to Parker just for the USPS because it’s I waste more time standing in line there than driving down here! This Parker USPS gives consistent, quick, friendly service. I am grateful for the staff here. Maybe they’ll move up to the Smoky Hill location. Those who are complaining should go checkout the Smoky Hill USPS! I promise, it will make you appreciate what you’ve got!”

“Highest functioning post office ever!! This is a very large post office with a BMEU acceptance office.
Clerks are great, carriers deliver mail. Everyone has a high level of postal understanding necessary to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.”
“The best spot to mail something during a busy holiday week! I had to wait for three people versus a line out the door at other post offices. Walter was so helpful, friendly, and unflustered. And contrary to other reviews, they can scan prepaid packages. Love Ace!”
“Across the street from the train station. Always friendly there and they work pretty quick, even when there is a line. Good street parking right in front. Some cool little cafés nearby and some hip shops to browse. Chase bank across the street for easy banking and ATM.”
“I had an excellent experience with the passport service. Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire process. He took great care in handling everything efficiently and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and easy. His outstanding customer service and attention to detail were truly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of passport services. Thank You Dan ?”
“Eddie has been such a blessing to us. He has been very professional and caring and helped us in every way he possibly could. Thank you Eddie for all of your help. We do appreciate all of your hard work and dedication.”
“A GREAT post office with WONDERFUL staff like ASIA who always provide OUTSTANDING help! This post office, like all US post offices, is severely understaffed & underfunded because US Congress’ Republicans have deliberately underfunding the US Postal Service (USPS) for years their goal of privatizing all US post offices!!”
“Joe is so wonderful. We use this post office weekly to mail out items for our funeral home and he is so professional and knowledgeable and always in a good mood.”
“Wow! Drove here from the Aurora main post office off Alameda. There was a massive line there and no movement. I drove 13 minutes to this post office and was in and out and about 4 minutes. Thanks so much Fatsa! (Sp?)”
“Thank goodness their 24-hour kiosks are actually accessible. This is the 3rd USPS stop, 16 miles, 2 hours of drive time. I would give 5 stars, but like anything Denver, you have to park a hike away to not have to pay for parking. I lucked out with only a 7 minute walk one way. I really do appreciate that the kiosk was available and working.”
“Eric at this location has been a tremendous help in finding a package that had a technical parcel issue on delivery. It was a nightmare situation, and he helped me track it down and provide details exactly where I can find it. The regular delivery guy to Greenwood Point Apartments also was incredibly supportive trying to redeliver and locate the package as well. Thanks to them and their detailed work - I was able to get my package out of the Amazon lockers after repeated attempts with Leasing/amazon hub. If not for them, I probably wouldn't have gotten my package and been able to prove the error on Amazon hubs end. They went above and beyond to help me!”
“Y’all have the most competent staff out of any post office but it’s also the slowest post office because you only have one person there. Your hours are already inconvenient, I work nights and the last two times I’ve gone just to simply pick up 1 package (the delivery driver for some reason never leaves in our locked secure mailroom) I’ve been behind only 2 people yet been there over an hour waiting. Get some more staff, or help your people out when there’s a line taking forever if you’re management hiding in the back there. Your wait times are unacceptable.”
“Nikita is an absolute queen, the printer broke a million times and she was amazing she fixed it every time! She also was incredibly sweet to everyone and was so efficient!”

“I arrived at 1:53 at this absolute cesspool of a postal office. Yes, I clearly saw the “Closed for lunch 2:00-3:00” sign & and kept yanking at the door until Cameron begrudgingly opened it for me. He gave me the typical gone-postal comments of how people like me ruin his day, how he hates being eternally overworked and underpaid & how they’re closed for lunch for a reason. I told him to have a better day because I don’t let wage slaves bully me. But hey, still 5 stars for me cuz I was out by 1:59. Thanks for the speedy service, Cameron ?”
“This is a big and nice post office. I drive farther to go to this post office because they always have four mail clerks on the weekdays and a they have a couple of self serve post office stamp machines. They are very helpful and good with customer service and they get you out fast. I highly recommend this post office.”
“Wait time was about 7 minutes but once served, the guy who assisted with mailing hour my products was quick, kind, and efficient. Post Office itself is nice, quiet, and has a big parking lot. Lots of supplies available for purchase as well.”
“Damian and Ed were both so kind and patient explaining something to me. Great service! Even though the line was decently long, it was clear the staff cared and did their best to move it as quickly as possible.”
“It was the first time showing my child a post office and Danielle was so incredibly kind. She uses her hard earned money to purchase items for kids and we were surprised at how she went out of her way to make my child’s visit so incredibly special. Thank you Danielle! Thank you for your smile, your kindness, and your amazing heart. The USPS is very lucky to have you!”
