“Maria Florencia at Charter Sports Rental provided outstanding service. She was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was perfectly set up. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I had the right equipment. By far the best customer service experience. Highly recommended.”

“Fantastic location and beautiful condominium. It was an amazing gas burning fireplace that we had on every night. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable beds. Overall great experience. The only negative was only having one indoor parking space.”

“Stayed one night for a quick trip to the mountains, instructions on how to access the front door, pod door, and how to pay for parking were very thorough and easy to do. The room, restrooms and showers were clean. I did not use the kitchen, however walking through it looked tidy with plenty of fridge space. I booked an XL pod as the regular ones were only 6ft I believe, so the extra length was necessary. It was a little warm in the pod and there is not any temperature control, but I managed fine. Carryn was incredibly accommodating, I needed to print something and she was very helpful. Overall, my quick stay was a positive experience and I won't hesitate to return.”

“Platinum going on Diamond Member. Leo is a tremendous asset to this location. He needs to be recognized. Top-tier hospitality. If there is a way to provide a spot bonus- please do so. Retain your talent! He took the time to get NBC on for the Sunday Night Football game in lobby. I am three nights away from Diamond Status (37 nights) and Will be staying again soon thanks to Leo! Safety: Very safe and extremely quiet this time of year.”
