“I had my oil changed by Big O in Conifer about a month before this review. I noticed oil spots on my garage floor after that oil change and figured something was wrong. I had Brian’s look at it and they discovered the oil drain plug hadn’t been properly tightened ?♂️. They were kind enough to not charge me to fix it. They also fixed my wife vehicle that had a similar issue after a similarly botched oil change by Big O. I’ll be taking all of my vehicles to Brian’s from now on.”
