“Traveling and had brakes issue that slightly concerned me. Asked family in this area for recommendation for a mechanic and they said Grant Automotive. I called and got my truck in to be seen and they were honest and said it was fine to get home on. It will need service soon but they value their reputation and honesty. They could have made about $1000 but they assured me it was fine to get home on and get back to my personal mechanic.
They were easy to work with and friendly the whole time. Rather than make the quick buck on a tourist they offered to do the work but understand that relationship matters and using my normal guy would be fine.

If I am ever in the area again (and I will be) this is my go to place. They even checked a few other things that I had already taken care of so the service is thorough and I left without a bill and peace of mind for my 1800 mile trip.”

She had great customer skills...a role model for customer service...Joshua Mendez/General Manager came out and said he could fix it! I was delighted...then he said he could fix it while I was there...he was super nice and friendly...he fixed it right away and did a fantastic job!!!
