“I have no idea what all the bad reviews are for. The workers are kind and helpful. There is hardly ever a line and if there is, it moves very fast. Clearly the people who come here have never been to the Aspen post office (THAT is the true nightmare!) I'm grateful for this post office. Thank you, Basalt USPS!”
“Excellent experience. I missed the delivery twice to my house for a signed package. Finally I walked in to FedEx Ship Center with my FedEx slip they were able to locate the driver mid-delivery. I met the driver in a "parking lot situation" he waited for me to arrive, I was able to sign for my package it all happened so fast it was kinda awesome. I was very surprised.”
