We are from Tennessee and had a catastrophic engine failure towing our camper on vacation. I had Carshield which did cover most of our costs, but many shops won't even deal with them as Carshield can be a PITA.
Mike, the owner, when he heard I was considering riding my bicycle 20 miles to pickup a rental car took his valuable time to drive us to pick up a rental. He also offered to drive us to get groceries if needed.
Sandi, the office manager was incredible. She spent many hours on the phone with Carshield and kept us informed.
Tyler, the young man who replaced our engine seemed very knowledgeable.and took time to explain a few things to me.

It so happened that they already had a mechanic in the parking lot and they started looking at our vehicle within minutes.
