“I've been having battery issues with my Subaru. Yesterday we went into Berthoud O'Reillys and Jeffrey helped us grab some portable jump start packs and we were impressed by the customer service all around (we were greeted warmly by other team members, asked if they could help us with anything, etc). Today I went in and asked to get the battery tested. Jeffrey helped test it, talked me through battery options, and installed the new battery7 for me. Not only did he help make it a seamless easy process, but when I asked if I could watch and learn, he talked me through all of the steps clearly and patiently and answered all my questions. VERY impressed with Jeffrey and the whole Berthoud crew!”

“Solid store! Been in here several parts across multiple family vehicles for parts and they never steer me wrong. Brandon in particular is especially knowledgeable and help me get brakes for my two vehicles. Thank you Brandon! And thank you! O'Reilly's.”

“Great store, and staff. Have purchased new batteries, flashlights, replacement key fob for Silverado, and had iPhone battery replaced. Also recommend the Ft Collins store.”

“I had an excellent experience today with William helping me! I needed a new windshield wiper blade and was not familiar with the options. Rather than attempting to upsell me, William explained the difference between the blades and assured me that I did not need the most expensive one. Then he installed it for me. I REALLY appreciate old school customer service like that! Ladies (anyone really)... If you don't want to be taken advantage of when buying parts for your car because you're unfamiliar with car repairs...head over to O'Reilly's and they will take great care of you!”
