“5 stars all the way. I can't say enough about the treatment I received from the gentlemen at O'Reilly in Berthoud, CO. Shout out to Brandon, who rescued me and my dead battery on a cold winter day. I was at my wit's end, when I finally thought to call O'Reilly instead of stopping cars to see if they had jumper cables.
Brandon came over right away, jumped my car in seconds, and had me follow him back to the store.
Back at the store, the 4 other employees gathered round to address my dilemna. I needed a new battery, but couldn't afford it. We figured out a plan, and they replaced my battery then and there. They also checked my alternator, which thankfully was okay.
I went on my way with assurances to come back if I needed anything.
