“I have dealt with many storage companies over the years, and had far too many negative experiences unfortunately.
However, I am quite pleased to say that my experience with this location, and in particular one of their employees Robert, was possibly the best I've ever had.
Without going into overly specific details, I had an issue with my unit and was told by other employees that nothing could be done. Robert not only fixed my problem, but did so quickly and with a pleasant and friendly demeanor throughout. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience and would strongly recommend this location.”
“Great first impression! I had the opportunity to converse with an online representative who fantastic and literally walked me through multiple units and pricing. She was able to remotely open up gates and even provide me temporary access to each unit. The sign-up process was also flawless. I ran into a few issues with the app however, the local representative drove over and helped me in-person. She was also very helpful and attentive!”
