“Tried to start my Nissan Leaf and it wouldn't start. After a little online searching it seemed that a possibility was that we needed a new 12V battery (I honestly did not know that electric cars also had regular car batteries). I called and spoke to someone and they helped me diagnose the situation, eliminate other possibilities, and helped me figure out what battery I needed. The tricky thing was that I was just recovering from a surgery and although I could drive I could not lift/replace a battery. Long story short, super friendly and helpful employee Asadel offered to bring the battery to our hose after he got off work (we live less than a mile away) and helped me with the installation.
