Jay was working alone and was able to handle multiple upset clients with ease. He is the definition of talent, skills, understanding and customer service. Jay is outstanding. I can only hope his managers see his value as we did. He definitely needs a raise if he continues to work with that level of skill alone on Saturdays.

Prepaid for a rental...showed up and was told no cars available. Nobody called or emailed to let me know either. Person said they can't give a refund nor would they help locate a different rental. Didn't even offer a customer support number to call. Horrible customer service...stay away!!!!

On our 3rd car in less than 24hrs and they won’t exchange or help. Stay away!
