They only take about 15 minutes to go through everything from entry to when I can drive out with my rental car, and yet they are still thorough. They have been helpful when I run into issues and are ready to admit mistakes and request feedback. Will continue to rent cars here often!”

The manager and the staff at this location were able to secure an appropriate size car within a few hours with no additional charges. “Zipcar is wonderful . My name is ************************* and anytime I have an issue with zipcar they immediately *************** have to remember this is a car sharing company meaning someone people are careless and often times dont report the issues with vehicles . Zipcar is great car sharing app . Only issue I have is that my payment method still wont update please please please fix it zipcar gladly appreciate it”
“The car that we received from the airport location had a leaky front tire and a crack in the windshield. We brought it to this location and Asem took care of care of us. He swapped out the vehicle and got us back on the road. Before we left, Jay insisted on de-icing the windshield and making sure we had everything swapped over from the first vehicle.Fantastic service and kindness from the people at this location.”
