“I have been going to Boulder Cleaners for over forty years. The previous owners were not really focused as much on customer service. The new owners are absolutely amazing. Not just because they're great at cleaning garments, they treat their employees with so much respect. I have been a human resource consultant for over thirty years and this is one of the finest examples of a great employer.I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Have been putting off having my wedding dress and my husbands suit cleaned, I wanted to be sure it would be in good hands. The positive reviews made me call Cache and they confirmed they do not send items out which was my biggest concern. All of my items were ready within a week, they called me to let me know everything was done, and were very reasonably priced - they’d originally said wedding dresses were a minimum of $100 but since mine is more simple (no beading or lace) they only charged me $50. Unfortunately, they don’t clean furs, but most places don’t anymore. I’ll definitely use Cache again!”

“Hadn’t been there in a while and they remembered they charged me too much and credited toward my new bill. Also super kind and the place is clean and affordable. Great place.”

“I have a 1960’s cream colored velvet coat that is SO DELICATE and that I had just recently replaced the lining in and I was so deeply nervous to drop it off to a cleaner, but it really needed it. It’s truly one of a kind and precious to me and oh man, was I afraid it wouldn’t hold up to being cleaned. After reading reviews I chose this place to do the deed and they did a fantastic job on it! It’s so soft, shiny and clean and it’s clear they took immaculate care of it. Totally recommend for vintage and precious items.”

“this is the 2nd time I've accidentally put coins in an out-of-order machine and the employee that usually works evenings was as friendly and helpful as she always is. customer service like this is appreciated and makes a difference. thanks!”

“clean, well lit, machines either work or are usually well labelled, debit card readers usually work, machines are pretty clean (though you're gonna want to wipe the gunk out of the gasket before your wash load). competitively priced. Great location, as well.”

“I feel like the only time anyone ever leaves a review is when they're angry and not when they have exemplary things to say about an exemplary service. That's the case with lazybones, they're very punctual and do a great job with laundry, they do everything short of putting your cloths into the bag (which is supplied at no extra cost to my surprise!) And that's hard to put a price on when you're a busy college student. They're an amazing service, good enough for CU to partner with to take care of their students/staff!”

“I could cry from happiness! They did a great job on my large clothes order. When they noticed that my favorite jacket was damaged they offered to fix it. They fixed it well, to where I can't tell that it needed repairs. It took a bit but I will be going back for their help with my damaged clothes.”

“Shannon provides outstanding service. I had some tailoring needs that were somewhat complicated. She sent my items back to the tailor to have them properly fixed as they weren't up to her exacting standards.Very friendly. Great service. Highly recommend.Service: Alterations”

“We are visiting the Boulder area for five days, and this morning we looked up -- and then went to -- Wash-O-Mat because we needed to do our laundry. We made an excellent decision. Wash-O-Mat has plenty of washers and dryers, the prices are reasonable ($3.25 to wash, $.25 per 6 minutes of dryer time), and everything is clean and well-kept.As is the case with every other laundromat I have used, there were a few machines that were out of order, but the vast majority were available and working as expected. One VERY nice benefit of using Wash-O-Mat: There is a great coffee shop just a few steps down the sidewalk, and a Whole Foods mini-store about a block away. So we were able to sit and drink coffee, then shop for food for our upcoming hike, while our laundry was washing and then drying. We were in and out of the place, start to finish, it about one hour. The washing machines ran 23 minutes each, and -- like I said earlier -- the dryers cost 25 cents per 6 minutes (so we spent $1.50 for 36 minutes, and our clothes were nice and dry in the end).Highly recommended.”

“Great, friendly service. I had a really badly stained light blue shirt (I dropped oily food on it in an airport lounge), and they got it all out without a trace.Services: Clothes pressing”
