The payment system is overly complicated and frustrating. I got cash specifically for a change machine just to be forced to use my card.
The machines do seem to work well, washers are average to a bit more than other places.
But the dryer is $3 minimum For a 24 min! Definitely a rip off there.”

“The employees working in the clerk desk were super helpful. The atmosphere is great. The machines are built right and they have a few activities for while you wait. Bathroom is super clean and I dried all of my clothes in 15 minutes. My only critique is they should have loading cards that you could put $10 or more on and use any machine for those who live off Apple Pay or forgot their wallets”
