The staff was unrushed and wonderful at making sure I understood everything, and are reasonably flexible when it comes to making sure you can get the care your fur-baby needs with their ala carte style pricing. Jennifer (Doctor) and Jessica (VA) curated a great experience for me and pup. Make sure to check for coupons too because they will save you lots of $$.”

“So I’ve been feeding Shine for about 6 months and I have visibly noticed the difference for my dog. My dog is a hairless Chinese crested (15 LBS) 4 and a half years old. His hair is more shinny than it ever has been while eating this food. His weight is perfect and I have noticed he has gained quite a bit of muscle. I’ve never seen him so healthy. I 100% recommend this brand, all of the products I have tried for my dog have been excellent.”
“In lover supplements are the best! I use all of their products on my two blue dobermans and they love each of them. Since my dogs naturally have poor coats due to color dilution alopecia from their genetics, skin and coat is the only thing that keeps their coats looking great. If I run out of supplements it doesn't take very long me to notice their coat dulling again. 10/10 products from a small family owned company!”

I've been a client here for years, but now I won't be coming back. I purchased a pet gate & was assured at check out that if it didn't work, it would be an easy return. The gate ended up being faulty. The latch didn't work. When I went to return my product 3 days later with my receipt in hand, I was told that I could only have store credit because it was over $100. Which is NOT store policy. No one even asked why I was returning it. Manager didn't even blink or apologize, just just dug in her heels & told me no. I've filed a formal complaint with corporate. Poor customer service.”
