“I'm giving this 5-stars, with some caveats. The convenience, hours, location, and especially the customer service was spot on. Can't say enough how great and professional the service was. However, charging $16 for USPS 2-day priority mail while the USPS office charges $9.65 is a serious profit mark-up. Granted, it was convenient, but if you have multiple 2-day priority mailings you might instead want to just plan ahead of time and go to the US Post Office and save the 40% mark-up fee.”
“I am so thankful to have this packaging store in the neighborhood. They are kind, helpful, and competent. Whether it's busy or slow, you will be welcomed, assisted efficiently but not rushed, and they are always patient. It's so nice to be recognized when you walk in. I will also be forever thankful for the extra care they took when my printer died just as I had to get some important documents out. Although they are not primarily a copy shop (just one small printer/copier), they went the extra mile to help a frazzled customer (me), while still taking care of everyone else. This business values customers, and actually cares about them as people. It feels like my old hometown in all the best ways.”

Amazon coordinated a pickup time for a large item that I wasn’t able to accommodate and here I am with a large/heavy object to schlep to ups (with a bum knee no less).
I called ahead as the box the item came in was a bit damaged and needed some doctoring before it went out. Robbie answered the phone with a smile in his voice and confirmed not only was he happy to help me get the item into their store he’d also help re-box the item.
Upon arrival I went in and asked for Robbie and he was quick to help me unload my car of not only the item but also the oversized box. He had remembered my call earlier today and did everything he could to ensure my dream of getting the package boxed/shipped came true.
By the time I moved my car and walked back in the item was boxed up and pretty much ready to go & I was offered a receipt.
Huge huge thanks to Robbie who showed exemplary customer service and care. Couldn’t recommend this UPS location more.”

“Once I found the UPS Store, the service was great. But apparently it's the only UPS Store in Boulder. Even knowing my way around campus, and following the map, I had to park a ways away and ask three people before I found it, out of sight and up quite a few stairs. It's probably OK for students who live in the dorms nearby, but as an older person who finds stairs difficult, it was a problem to park (illegally in a lot that requires a permit, and was still a block away), wander around carrying my package, asking people for directions (the third one knew where it was) and then up the stairs to find a store with no sign, wait in line, and then back down the stairs and across the street to go find my car. A lot of the access problem is because of CU campus requirements, but it's the only UPS Store in Boulder and therefore has to serve non-student members of the.public.”
