“I'm giving this 5-stars, with some caveats. The convenience, hours, location, and especially the customer service was spot on. Can't say enough how great and professional the service was. However, charging $16 for USPS 2-day priority mail while the USPS office charges $9.65 is a serious profit mark-up. Granted, it was convenient, but if you have multiple 2-day priority mailings you might instead want to just plan ahead of time and go to the US Post Office and save the 40% mark-up fee.”
“I am so thankful to have this packaging store in the neighborhood. They are kind, helpful, and competent. Whether it's busy or slow, you will be welcomed, assisted efficiently but not rushed, and they are always patient. It's so nice to be recognized when you walk in. I will also be forever thankful for the extra care they took when my printer died just as I had to get some important documents out. Although they are not primarily a copy shop (just one small printer/copier), they went the extra mile to help a frazzled customer (me), while still taking care of everyone else. This business values customers, and actually cares about them as people. It feels like my old hometown in all the best ways.”
“I frequently come to the Gunbarrel UPS Store for a variety of reasons. Whether it is to return Amazon orders, send emails, faxes, or print/copy documents (for personal or business reasons) my experience is always quick and pleasant.
Astrid often helps me during my visits and has been an absolute pleasure making sure my needs are met during my visit. I know some people complain about the cost of printing/faxing services but for me the convenience is worth not having to spend the time or gas to drive into town. Robbie is also very helpful when I come in and have questions about print jobs. They are very easy to work with and will try to help you get the best price for the job you need help with.

“I have always had good service here. Even when it is busy, my needs are met very quickly. There are tablets to sign into if you are there to pick up a package, and that makes everything go by quicker. This is also a great location for most of the dorms.”
“I have had to return air conditioners to Amazon on two separate occasions and brought them to the UPS store on Arapahoe and they were super helpful! Even though I didn’t have printed labels on either occasion, and the first time I had trouble discerning which Amazon label link went to which air conditioner, they kept checking their email until I got it right and offered to help with moving the heavy packages. I highly recommend the UPS store on Arapahoe.”
“I scanned a few files to my email at their store using their printers. 6 emails arrived immediately - 4 arrived 20 minutes later after I assumed I did something incorrectly and rescanned them each. I waited for 10 minutes and nothing arrived, logged onto their WiFi, etc…This was an issue with multiple email accounts: Gmail and a Microsoft work account, so it’s not on my end. The files all eventually arrived. There’s no record on their end of where files were emailed or if they were delivered successfully. I spent an extra $6 rescanning documents that arrived duplicate and triplicate well after I left.
So you may have scanned correctly or incorrectly, but you may not find out for a quarter hour or more.
Staff was super super friendly. It’s a technology/hardware issue on their printers.”
