“Somewhere in the 90's l bought a Sierra Designs tent in California. It is an excellent tent that l have taken with me from one continent to another. Sadly, while camping last summer, one of the main tent poles was damaged. I found the company on internet and with little hope l mailed them to see if they still had a spare tent pole of what l assumed was a discontinued model (it has been more than a quarter century since l bought it!). To my pleasure, l was mailed back, and their customer service representative Ashton confirmed that the tent was no longer being made but he was still able to find a pole that was the correct size, which he could sell me. Getting it over to Europe was another adventure but l just received it yesterday and compared it to the old one, and it is perfect! I am so excited to camp again next summer with my favorite tent and hope it lasts another decade or two. Kudos to Sierra Designs for making such quality and sustainable camping gear and the great customer service! ?”
“I have visited this store on several occasions when I'm in the Boulder area. Its a beautiful store with a great aesthetic. Its always so tidy and clean. It makes the shopping experience that much more enjoyable. You can tell the employees take care of the store and do their best to give you a great experience. I was purchasing a hat and some super friendly woman I think Rihanna helped me. She even followed up with my purchase later to ensure I was enjoying the product. From a clothing store, I mean who does that? Unparallel customer service. You cant get that at Amazon. I also had an online order get stolen from my house, and Fjall took care of me without hesitation and sent me a back up. Fjall just simply takes business back to the core about customers first. And I am here for it.”

The staff here is always very helpful, and if you go to the second floor, you can snag some really good deals on gear.I bought my micro spikes here and they have been great this past winter! The wickron items are also a good alternative to merino wool.”

“I am adjusting a prior review to reflect the extra care that I received from Chris in the warranty department and Jeremy at the retail store.After I expressed confusion about how I broke a component of my climbing shoes, Jeremy gave me a call where he spent a good deal of time explaining the contributing factors that could’ve been in play, as well as how to use the component in the future to minimize the wear in it and how to best maintain the shoes. The thorough explanation and practical tips for avoiding a repeat the future were what I was looking for, and Chris also ensured I knew that a replacement component was being sent out to me, which I really appreciate as well.”

“Can always find some really great gems if you take the time to dig around. There are some items that I find a little overpriced, especially being 2nd hand. However if you can score during their extra 50% off sales or extra markdowns, it’s totally worth it! Things to note, they mentioned they don’t wash or clean items when it comes to them, so I would suggest a thorough soak/clean when purchasing something.
Each time I’ve gone, I have been greeted with great customer service & have enjoyed shopping there.”
